At BAMRC, we believe sport can change young lives. Our athletics programme in Kisinga, Kasese District, Uganda, helps boys and girls in the Bukonzo Sub-Region grow strong in body and mind. We give young people a safe place to run, jump, and throw. Our coaches teach skills, teamwork, and discipline. Our athletes learn to set goals and work hard to reach them. These lessons stay with them long after the race is over. Many children in our community face real challenges. Through athletics, we give them hope, confidence, and a path to a better future. Some of our athletes may go on to compete at higher levels. Others will become leaders in their homes and villages. Building futures starts with one step on the track. Finally, join us at BAMRC and help us support the next generation of champions in Bukonzo.

Job Creation and Economic Opportunity Through Sport
We believe sport can change lives. Many young people in our community want to work but cannot find jobs. We use sport to open doors for them at BAMRC. Through our programs, we train coaches, referees, and team managers. These skills help young people earn money and support their families. We also teach life skills like teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Employers value these skills. Our events and tournaments create work for local vendors, drivers, and small business owners. When fans come to watch, they buy food, drinks, and services from our neighbors. We also help talented athletes find new chances to play and grow. Every job we create makes our community stronger. At BAMRC, we are building a future where sport brings hope and income to Kisinga.
